What does ‘gut-friendly’ mean?
A: The 'gut-friendly' claim is based on the bars' high fibre content, which "contributes an increase of faecal bulk". The extra fibre helps the digestive system work, prevents constipation, and promotes regularity of bowel movements. The bars also contain beneficial seeds and jumbo oats, and are made without preservatives or additives, keeping them as natural as possible. SNACK'd bars are also 100% plant-based, gluten-free and certified Vegan, Halal, and Kosher, making them inclusive for different dietary needs.
Are there really no preservatives in your bars?
A: That's right. SNACK'd bars are made without preservatives using natural ingredients in a B Corp certified kitchen and manufacturing facility here in the UK.
Are your bars 100% plant-based?
A: Yes, all SNACK'd bars are made with 100% plant-based ingredients. They have been tasted, approved, and certified by The Vegan Society.
How do I recycle the wrappers?
We’re proud to be the UK’s first oat bar with 100% home recyclable packaging. Simply place your outer box and individual bar wrappers into your home recycling bin. Easy for you. More sustainable for the planet.
Are these the same as SOAK’d OATS bars?
A: Yes, but they're even better. SOAK'd OATS bars have been rebranded as SNACK'd as of September 2025. They are the same award-winning, chewy bars, but now they come in a new brand and improved, 100% kerb-side recyclable packaging.
Where do your oats come from?
All our oat products are made with 100% British oats, supporting local farmers and farming communities here in the UK.

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants
